I cannot fathom why anyone would vote for Larry Krasner unless 1) they're part of the "defund the police" law-enforcement-hating crowd; 2) personally benefit or profit from springing criminals (excuse me, "the accused") out of jail; or 3) there are more beneficiaries of Krasner's lenient law enforcment policies then there are victims who vote. All of the above can be true. It is a sorrowful time for a once-great city. Enjoy your sports teams, because it is all you have left, other than your history.

Well said Kelly. I almost want to say, good, I hope all of his voters and the apathetic losers who didn’t vote suffer. But I live here too

Good piece here. I pray for Krasner's death just about every day, and I'm not a big prayer guy. Maybe a ray of hope: I learned, watching the "Inside Story" Sunday that Republicans needed 1,000 write-ins for Judge Dugan, and got 6,600. So there is still the slim chance of the Judge running as a Republican. Me, I'm hoping Krasner gets run over by a Septa bus, or a cement mixer. He is worse than Richard Speck of Chicago nurse notoriety, a real piece of criminal shit.

Is it blaming the victim to say Dugan was not an effective candidate? He didn’t have the gumption to say he was law and order. His claim that he was the REAL reformer was poison to those who disliked Krasner’s reforms.

Dugan did NOTHING to motivate those sick of Krasner.

True, Stu. Dugan was too cowardly to actually be a legitimate threat counterpoint to Krasner. Didn’t want to be thought of a a dreaded Republican
