I'm surprised, but not surprised. I, too, was a fan of the BMFI when I lived in Delco. Their actions remind me of the same cowards in Germany who bent their knees to Hitler's cultural demands. To be afraid of a little controversy and yield to bullies is cowardice.

Well said. It’s infuriating and cowardly. And unacceptable censorship and caving to antisemitic bullies.

Mr. Johnston,

You've hit the nail right on the head.

How does the saying end?

Until they came for me?

The most passionate Flowers' pace I have read to date. Brava, Ms. Flowers!!!

And a big raspberry to BMFI.

Although I agree with the author here, seems to me that they may merely be practicing something the boss taught me back in my glorious youth: preventive maintenance. I'm of the opinion that we are in a civil war, a cold civil war, at the moment with the seemingly anti-American socio/democratic party. These people hire young, vapid know-nothings to do their dirty work, as in utter destruction and sociopathic responses. Just as Netanyahu fights the evil Hammas financed by the American-hating Iran, we're in our own fetid mess over here with crooked Democrats. I'd be guessing that the ownership of the movie house is trying to avoid the destruction of his property, bottom line.

I'm with you but somehow I think the local denizens will not get too worked up about this censorship.

I'm also betting these BMFI neighbors (pretty good idea who they area) will have short memories when BMFI offers something they want to see.
